To support this growth, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our brand new Phoenix office!


    The incumbent will report to the Senior Property Manager and provide hands-on administrative and operational support for 3.2 mill. sq. ft. of light industrial space in the Phoenix area.

    • Support 2 Property Managers on all day-today administrative and operational functions
    • Timely and accurate coding of payables (AP) as the point-of-contact for AP
    • Manage recievables (AR), including but not limited to: communicating with customers regarding past due accounts, assembling weekly reports via Excel to present to Senior Management 
    • Oversee all incoming calls and greet guests


    • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, or equivalent experience
    • 1-2 years relevant property management experience from an administrative capacity is required
    • Industrial/Commercial Real estate experience is heavily preferred
    • Yardi experience
    • Experience coding payables (AP) and managing recievables (AR)
    • Possesses very professional office etiquette/demeanor for visitors and phone communications
    • Strong with MS Office Suite, mainly Word and Excel
    • Superior customer service skills - outstanding written and verbal communication skills a must
    • Capable of managing numerous tasks while meeting tight deadlines
    • Excellent attention to detail
