    This position will be providing administrative support for a 7.1M sq. ft. portfolio in the Philly/Northern NJ area, which is comprised of 51 multi-tenant NNN-lease light industrial buildings with 91 tenants. 

    Responsibilities

    • Timely and accurately coding of payables
    • Managing A/R - communicating to customers via email and phone regarding past due accounts, and maintaining a weekly A/R reports for Senior Managers
    • Good written and oral communication skills
    • Strong with Word and Excel applications
    • Superior customer service skills
    • Professional demeanor/etiquette and good personal habits
    • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Capable of managing numerous tasks while meeting specific deadlines

    Qualifications

    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently
    • Yardi experience is a major plus
    • Basic knowledge of Commercial Real Estate leases and associated terminology is a major plus
    • Bachelor’s degree plus prior experience in a Commercial RE support role is ideal
    • Must be adaptable and able to work well within a team
    • Independent thinker with a high level of initiative and strong work ethic
