    • Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothl
    • Support capital formation team primarily focused on the distribution of institutional fund offerings
    • Responsible for maintaining accurate data in Salesforce for both existing and prospective investors
    • Create and maintain pipeline management reports for all active fundraising activities
    • Serve as internal Salesforce domain expert, assist with training, roll outs and implementation
    • Develop and maintain distribution lists for marketing campaigns
    • Intralinks: create and maintain Data Rooms; sign up, register, and control permissions of prospective investors; liaise with Legal & deal teams to ensure new fund documents are uploaded
    • Schedule / Add all Marketing meetings to the Marketing calendar & ensure they are logged in Salesforce
    • Confirm all marketing meetings
    • Perform background research and create write-ups on all upcoming meetings (including attendee bios, financial info, etc.)
    • Perform investor and market research and analysis
    • Maintain electronic database of marketing materials, as well as hard copies when applicable
    • Update electronic presentation equipment with latest software, presentation materials and ensure consistency
    • Assist Compliance, Legal, and IR in implementing policies and systems ensuring the IR / Marketing team’s activities fall in line with SEC Requirements.
    • Provide reports and data on request pertaining to sponsorships, conferences, Investor RFPs / DDQs, 3rd party surveys, etc.
    • Coordinate firm sponsored marketing events
    • Assist in preparing & submitting RFPs, DDQs, surveys and questionnaires as needed
    • Coordinate & negotiate subscriptions relevant to capital formation
    • Leverage our conference participation and sponsorships
    • Schedule Conference rooms / meeting space for investor related meetings
    • Support and coordinate aspects of the capital formation process


    • Graduate / Post-graduate degree
    • 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
    • Experience with Sales Force and Intralinks
    • Outstanding organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
    • Ability to work collaboratively with local and global teams
    • Need to be creative, flexible and able to apply judgement when needed
    • Self-starter and motivated, able to prioritize key tasks effectively
