    Colony Capital UK, Ltd is seeking an Associate Vice President to join its team based in London.

    Responsibilities

    The candidate’s specific areas of responsibility will include taking a primary role in investment underwriting, analysis, due diligence, financing, structuring, overall execution of transactions (acquisitions and disposals), sourcing, preparing investment memos, drafting term sheets, strategic asset management, and other internal processes. The candidate will supervise junior team members, and will work closely with the Company’s internal asset management, legal, accounting and finance teams.

     

    Successful candidate will be expected to be flexible and have a positive attitude and willingness to work additional hours and weekends to complete projects when necessary.

     

    Qualifications

    • Applicants must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or economics and strong academic record from a top institution.
    • Applicants must have relevant experience in European real estate private equity investment or European real estate investment management with demonstrated passion for real estate. They must also have demonstrable financial modelling expertise along a diverse range of assets and deal/capital structures.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with investment presentation experience are essential for this role. Fluency in a European language is preferred.
    • Further, applicants must possess strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong work ethic with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
