    Colony Capital UK is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join the London team.

    The Senior Tax Manager’s specific areas of responsibility will include taking a primary role in tax reporting for the CLNY’ and Legacy Fund Colony’s UK, US and European entities. The Senior Tax Manager will work closely with the Company’s internal legal, investor reporting, accounting and finance teams to provide specific tax information and advice on tax related matters. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with outside income tax preparers and advisors located in multiple countries to ensure that all tax reporting is accurate and timely filed. The candidate will be expected to manage relationships with current and potential investors.


    Successful candidates will be expected to be flexible and have a positive attitude and willingness to work additional hours and weekends to complete projects when necessary.


    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in tax accounting or other related field
    • Must have partnership tax experience from a public accounting firm and have significant relevant experience with a real estate private equity company
    • US CPA is required
    • Knowledge of UK/US/European tax reporting
    • Extensive relevant experience in US Foreign Partner Withholding and FATCA/CRS reporting
    • This role will require applicants to implement Country-By-Country-Reporting for the Company
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as this role since reports directly to the Global Head of Tax in Los Angeles, CA
    • Must possess strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong work ethic with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
