    Colony Capital, Inc. This position will focus on supporting NorthStar Realty Europe Corp. (NYSE: NRE), a listed REIT focused on prime office properties in core markets within Germany, the United Kingdom and France.     We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Legal team in Luxembourg.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare AGM’s, EGM’s, notices to the shareholders and board minutes, ensuring their smooth and timely functioning;
    • Assisting from the incorporation up to the liquidation of the group’s companies;
    • Filings of accounts and other publications at the RCSL
    • Liaise with the external counsel, as well as with notaries for the organization of various notarial deeds;
    • Support with AML requests and KYC process;
    • Legalize/Apostille documents;
    • Arrange the signature of legal documents;
    • Maintain registers of shareholders up-to date and file/organize corporate legal documents.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in Law;
    • 8 to 10 years of proven experience;
    • Excellent French and English (spoken and written);
    • Excellent organizational skills;
    • Detail orientated, flexible, with initiative and ability to work on a broad variety of legal matters; and
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive, team-oriented attitude.

Accordingly, the Company requires the Employee to produce a clean criminal record extract in line with the applicable laws and regulations as a condition precedent to the effectiveness of the Agreement.
